The Modern Classrooms Project delivers curriculum-specific professional learning that empowers educators to implement HQIM with fidelity and equity. Our theory of action centers on internalizing instructional design, analyzing student work, and aligning systems to support mastery for all learners. How we build district capacity
We build capacity across LEAs through curriculum-specific, multi-day trainings that engage educators in hands-on internalization of HQIM. Participants experience model lessons, analyze student work, and rehearse instructional delivery using HQIM-aligned protocols. Our tools (Module Playbooks, Implementation Guides, and coaching support) sustain support beyond training. Throughout the school year, we provide ongoing coaching and observations for participants. By aligning practice to HQIM principles and fostering collaboration, we empower educators to implement with fidelity and adapt to student needs.
