This partner's approach and services
How we build district capacity
How we provide curriculum-aligned PL
Workshops
Our workshops align with academic standards, driving rapid growth in teaching and learning. We guide educators through deep content and lesson study, lesson practice, and provide turnkey models of excellent instruction. Continuously refined to meet evolving needs, our sessions ensure impactful, cutting-edge professional development.
Coaching
We provide actionable feedback to enhance instruction, helping schools build capacity at the teacher and leader level. Our coaches offer in-classroom support, aligning feedback with LEA expectations. We help schools establish systems to monitor educator development through the year, ensuring sustained growth with real-time coaching, observations, pre-lesson meetings, and debriefs.
PLCs
We develop teachers on proven structures and protocols for intellectual preparation to ensure high-level lesson delivery. This includes deep understanding of standards, grade-level content, and planning for equitable instruction. Intellectual preparation methods are grounded in evidence-based best practices, applicable to whole-class and small-group instruction.
Consultations
We provide strategic planning for instructional leaders, collaborating to design professional learning that aligns with LEA goals and drives achievement. By collecting data on student learning and teacher growth, we develop tailored action plans that include workshops, coaching, and PLC’s ensuring responsive and effective support for each LEA’s unique needs.
