Instruction Partners released our Professional Learning Conditions and Practices (https://instructionpartners.org/professional-learning/) which helps systems anchor to a vision for effective professional learning and provides tools and resources that support achieving that vision. We use these processes and tools in our own work with systems to help strengthen their collaborative structures/PLCs.
