Workshops
IFL workshops are engaging and hands-on. We combine research-backed ideas with real-world practice. These workshops help educators actively participate, learn together, and think about their teaching. Teachers get practical strategies they can use right away. This helps them keep getting better and turn new ideas into better ways of teaching.
Coaching
IFL coaching offers personalized guidance, aligning with professional learning goals. Coaches collaborate with educators to implement evidence-based strategies, fostering reflective practice and targeted skill development. This personalized support ensures seamless integration of new approaches, driving sustained growth and enhancing instructional impact.
PLCs
IFL nurtures Collaborative Structures and Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) with a student-focused approach. We share common values and norms, focus on student learning, have open discussions about teaching, share personal classroom experiences, and work together to solve challenges. This creates a supportive community that works collectively to enhance student learning.
Consultations
IFL consultations offer tailored support for educators. We work closely with schools to address specific needs and challenges. By collaborating and providing expert insights, we guide educators toward evidence-based solutions, promoting growth, and enhancing teaching practices.
