How we provide curriculum-aligned PL

MGT is committed to delivering high quality professional learning workshops that are directly aligned to partner needs and align to adult learning theory. Through engaging with partners to identify a priority need, we tailor our professional learning to specifically address the learning needs of educators, leaders, and stakeholders.

MGT views collaborative coaching as a systemic way for schools to tailor professional learning and ensure that teachers know how to apply new practices. Through establishing equal partnership, fostering transparent engagement, and engaging in deliberate practice, our coaches work with teachers to reach professional learning goals.

Our organization supports collaborative structures like PLCs and school leadership teams to identify priority needs, set goals, collect and analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to improve student outcomes. Throughout our partnership process, MGT provides direct support to school teams through professional learning sessions and collaborative coaching conversations.

As an organization employing dozens of experienced former educators, school administrators, and management consultants, MGT can support schools, LEAs, and education agencies to provide thoughtful and informed consultation and guidance. Whether your professional learning goals entail curriculum support, educator capacity, or leadership development, MGT provides unparalleled strategic support.
