Coaching and Support for teachers takes place in the classroom and provides side-by-side coaching from Carnegie Learning professional learning specialists. Carnegie Learning’s professional learning specialists intentionally build relationships with teachers and leaders through formal coaching cycles, side-by-side instructional coaching, and lesson co-facilitation in order to help the students achieve success.
Carnegie Learning’s Onsite Coaching and Support extends beyond the classroom to facilitate PLC’s and support lesson planning and implementation. Carnegie Learning’s professional learning specialists work collaboratively with teachers and leaders to internalize lessons, tools, and strategies needed to monitor and sustain a successful implementation.
Carnegie Learning is committed to building capacity within schools and districts as they create a culture of professional growth and collaboration. Carnegie Learning’s Implementation cycle, built in partnership with the district and key stakeholders, includes creating a collaborative plan, onboarding and implementing, monitoring and adapting, and measuring and growing.
