Coaching
Coaching support includes building confidence and competence with HQIM materials; modeling instruction for teachers using research-based strategies to ensure HQIM implementation with integrity; providing immediate, actionable feedback to teachers and administrators on current HQIM instruction and next steps; engaging in data-driven analysis of instructional effectiveness; and adjusting HQIM instruction.
PLCs
The Bailey Education Group approach to PLCs is grounded in research. Instructional coaches and specialists employ research-proven practices when engaging with leaders and teachers in PLCs. PLC sessions are planned in response to identified learning needs, observations, and multiple data points. PLCs deepen understanding through collaborative work on essential practices.
Consultations
All support begins and ends with administrator and educator consultation. Bailey Education Group project managers and instructional coaches provide building administrators with insight into HQIM implementation and recommend next steps for teacher support. It is through this consultation that necessary feedback is provided and goals and expectations are set.
