Bailey Education Group provides professional learning for classroom teachers to help them employ HQIM with fidelity. Coaching support includes building confidence and competence with HQIM materials; modeling instruction for teachers using research-based strategies to ensure HQIM implementation with fidelity; providing immediate, actionable feedback to teachers and administrators on current HQIM instruction and next steps; engaging in data-driven analysis of instructional effectiveness; and adjusting HQIM instruction.
The Bailey Education Group approach to PLC is grounded in research. Instructional coaches and specialists employ research and proven practices when engaging with teachers in PLC. PLC sessions are planned in response to teachers’ identified learning needs as well as observations. PLC deepen understanding through collaborative work on essential practices.
All support begins and ends with administrator and educator consultation. Bailey Education Group project managers and instructional coaches provide building administrators with insight into HQIM implementation and recommend next steps for teacher support. It is through this consultation that necessary feedback is provided and goals and expectations are set.
